Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information.

The term "sale" doesn't just mean exchanging data for money. It can also include sharing your personal information with third parties for other valuable consideration, such as targeted advertising or analytics.

This page is here to inform you about your rights and help you exercise your choice to stop the sharing of your personal data in this way.

Your Rights Under CCPA

  • You have the right to know what personal information is being collected about you.
  • You have the right to know whether your personal information is being sold or disclosed, and to whom.
  • You have the right to say no to the sale of your personal information.
  • You have the right to access your personal information.
  • You have the right to request deletion of your personal information.
  • You will not be discriminated against for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Who Can Make a Request?

Only California residents can make a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" request. If you're under the age of 16, additional protections may apply, including the need for opt-in consent.

What Happens After You Opt Out?

Once you submit a request not to sell your personal information, we will stop sharing your data in ways that qualify as a "sale" under the CCPA. We will also notify any third parties we’ve shared your data with, so they can stop as well.

You can submit your opt-out request using the form below.
